By accessing and using the Bhoovihara website or requesting our travel planning services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
2. Service Description
Bhoovihara provides bespoke travel design, itinerary curation, and journey support. All travel inquiries are evaluated individually, and itineraries are finalized in direct consultation with the client.
3. Booking & Confirmation
Submitting an enquiry through "Plan My Journey" does not constitute a confirmed booking. Bookings become binding only after written agreement, itinerary confirmation, and completion of agreed deposit requirements.
4. Cancellations & Modifications
Cancellation and modification policies vary by destination, stay provider, and season. Specific terms will be clearly outlined in your custom travel agreement prior to payment.
